摘要
从降低钎料熔点和提高塑性以及尽可能保持Al-12Si型铝基钎料的耐蚀性等要求出发,根据Al的合金相图提供的可能性,选择了Al-Si-Cu-Zn合金系,同时选择了Ti和Yb一起作变质剂,使Y-1型铝基钎料的金相组织为均匀分布的细小α相和共晶Si相。钎料的熔化温度范围为525~560℃,钎焊温度为590±5℃,σ_b=222MPa,δ=2.3%,是目前性能优良的铝基钎料。
In this study, it starts from the requirements of reducing the melting point, increasing the ductility and keeping the corrosion resistance of Al-12Si alloy filler metal as far as fat as possible, then according to the possibility provided by the aluminium alloy equilibrium diagram and with reference to prescriptions available at home and abroad, so an Al-Si-Cu-Zn alloy with Ti and Yb as the modificator is selected. Thus makes the Y-1 type filler metal a tiny α-phase and Si-eutectic homogeneous distribution in its structure, melting range from 525℃ to 560℃, brazing temperature 590±5℃ and σ_b=222MPa, δ=2.3%. It is an excellent filler metal of Al-alloy at present.
