摘要
金融工程是金融学进入新的发展阶段的标志，也代表了金融业发展的方向。发展金融工程，将是中国实现金融赶超的重大机遇。风险管理是金融工程运用的最主要方面。金融风险迫使我们利用金融工程去创造性地解决金融实际问题。从金融自由化条件上看，我国金融工程大发展的条件尚不具备，但加强金融工程的研究和教育，已是势在必行。
：The financial engineering is a mark that the financing comes into a new developing stage． It is a great opportunity for China to overpass the developed countries in financial and economic fields． The most important in financial engineering is risk management． The financial risk forces us to creatly sowe the actual financial problems by using the financial engineering． Seeing from the conditions of financial liberalization， we still not own the conditions to develop financial engineering widely． But it is necessary to strength the study and education of financial engineering．
