摘要
在对地区竞争力分析的基础上 ,设计一套反映地区整体实力、经济发展、资源状况、社会科技等 4方面的地区竞争力指标体系 ,并利用统计分析软件对相关数据进行处理 ,找出影响地区竞争力的主要因素 ,以便针对不同地区实施不同的宏观调控政策 ,确保地区间经济协调发展。
On the basis of analyzing regional competence, the author designs a set of indexes to reflect overall strength, economic development, resources conditions and social science and technology of one region. The author also uses soft ware of statistics to analyze and process relative data, finds out main elements affecting regional competence and carries out different macro-regulation policies according to different regions so as to guarantee coordinating economic development among regions.
