摘要
本文建立了包括地区经济实力、对外开放程度、地方政府作用、金融活动、基础设施状况、企业管理水平、科学技术和人力资源八个要素的反映地区竞争力的评价统计指标体系,使用统计分析软件对相关数据进行处理,找出影响地区竞争力的主要因素。并依据各地区的不同状况实行不同的宏观调控政策,确保地区间经济协调发展。
After analyzing regional competition, the paper sets out a set of index for evaluating regional competition, including economic strength, the degree of opening to outside, the function of local governments, financial activities, infrastructure, enterprise management, science and technology, and human resources. The paper points out the major factor influencing regional competition and puts forward the measures for control and adjustment according to the conditions in different regions in order to ensure the coordinated development among different regions.
