摘要
通过对长江口货运量的发展预测和船队结构变化的分析, 采用“无- 有”对比方法, 通过运输、船舶候潮等费用的节约, 以及减少减载费用和货损货差的损失等, 对长江口航道治理工程的直接经济效益进行了测算, 并采用乘数效应的原理, 对长江口航道治理工程的间接经济效益作了定量分析。
Based on the forecast of development of cargo volume passing through the Yangtze Estuary and analysis of alteration in fleet constitution,and by adopting the method of “with/without comparison”,in contrast to cut down of freight charge and ship cost of tide bound,reducing the expenses for stowage reduction and the loss of damage and lack of cargo,the authors forecast the direct economic benefit of the channel regulation project,and analyze the indirect economic benefit quantatively by adopting the principle of multiplier effect.
