进口矿石江海联运船队构成的研究

摘要 本文运用系统工程的方法,对进口矿石江海联运船队构成进行了可行性研究。建立混合整数线性规划模型,并采用分枝一定界法求解。计算结果表明:由浙江北仑港到长江沿线的进口矿石宜采用中转运输方式,即南京、马鞍山一带的进口矿石宜在上海港中转,武钢的进口矿石宜在镇江港中转;海段宜采用20000吨级的自卸船;长江段宜采用8×2000吨级的分节顶推船队。 This paper,by means of system engineering,discusses the constitution of through transport fleets between river and sea carrying ore imported,and builds a mixed integer linear programming model,and solves the model through branch—bound algorithms.The results indicates that it is better to transfer the ore at Shanghai port imported from Beilun port in Zhejiang to Nanjin or Ma'anshan,and to transfer the ore to Wuhan at Zhenjiang port.And it is suitable for 20000 t self-discharging ships to sail on the sea and 8×2000 t sectional pushing vessel flotillas on Changjiang River.
