摘要
为使电站燃煤锅炉同时达到稳燃和防结渣的目的 ,开发了一种新型煤粉燃烧器 ,该燃烧器的特点是在喷口前利用撞击块进行煤粉浓淡分离 ,使其浓侧在向火侧 ,淡侧在背火侧 ,同时在喷口两侧加有与中间一次风具有一定夹角的侧边风。该文运用数值计算的方法 ,模拟了该燃烧器在不同负荷下调节侧边风时气固两相流动的变化 ,结果表明 :在高负荷状态下 ,投入侧边风可起到较好的防结渣作用 ;在低负荷状态下 ,关小或不投侧边风 ,浓淡煤粉燃烧器可起到较好的稳燃作用。因此 ,该燃烧器具有很好的稳燃与缓解炉膛结渣的效果 ,对开发应用新型稳燃器具有一定的指导意义。
In order to make the boiler with steady combustion and anti-slagging , we put forward a new type burner. It uses bumper to get rich-pulverized coal f acing flame in furnace and lean against that. We install side air on the burner' s both sides. In this paper, numerical simulation is carried out to simulate the gas-solid flowing change in the burner when adjusting the side air under diffe r ent loads. The findings show: under high load, the use of side air can be anti- s lagging. under low load, turning down of off side air and using the rich-lean c o al ,we get steady combustion. Thus ,the burner can make combustion steady and an ti-slagging well. These can develop the burner further.
