摘要
目标管理是现代科学管理的核心和重要内容。高等学校目标管理一般可分为四个阶段 ,即制定目标、分解目标、实施目标和考核目标。目标管理的过程是具体运用现代系统论和控制论的思想于管理工作的过程 ,因此高校在实施目标管理时 。
Management by Objectives, an essential part and the core of modern scientific management, can be classified into four stages, including the formulation, the disintegration, the enforcement and the examination of the objectives. The process of which is, in fact, that of practical application of modern systematic theory and control theory to management. Therefore, more stress should be laid on macro-control and micro-regulation while implementing the management by objectives.
