摘要
通过对健康问题和“健康第一”思想的阐述 ,探讨了我国高校体育教育中树立“健康第一”思想的重要性和必要性以及目前我国高校体育教育中树立“健康第一”思想和实施健康教育的现状 ,揭示树立“健康第一”的思想 ,是促进高校体育教育目标从体质教育向健康教育飞跃的发展之路。
Through the description of health problems and the thought of 'health first',the article discusses the present situation and the importance and necessity of setting up the thought of 'health first ',and reveals that it is the development way to set up the thought of 'health first 'to prompt the object of college physical education objection from body quality education to health education.
