摘要
通过对上海市十四所高校体育俱乐部开展现状的调查,分析了高校体育俱乐部的运作模式,并从发展理念、教学制度、管理体系、教师与学生、社会化及可持续发展等方面提出了如何构建科学化的高校体育俱乐部。
Through investigating 14 university sports club of Shanghai ,the paper analyzed the universities sports club operation mold proposed how to construct scientific the universities sports club from aspects of development idea, teaching system, management system, teacher and student, socialization and sustainable developntent.
