摘要
深化国有资产管理体制改革,加强和改善我区国有资产管理,不仅对维护我区国有资产的安全与完整,促进国有资产的保值增值有着重要的意义,对于发展和壮大我区国有经济,推进我区国民经济持续、键康、快速发展,也有着重要意义。目前,我区经济理论界和国有资产管理部门对我区国有资产管理的研究比较欠缺,关于国有资产管理体制的关注和研究更少。本文将对我区国有资产管理体制的发展变化历程作出回顾,对深化国有资产管理体制改革的意义与途径提出的个人看法。
Deepening the structural reform of state assets and development of state-owned economy will bring the importance to both the safety,whole,preserving and increasing the value of state assets,and developing and enlarging Tibetan state-owned economy, and also the steady, healthy, quick development of Tibetan state-owned economy. But,the economic academic circles and the department of administration have made poor study of the management of state assets in Tibet and the system of management. The article will review the changes of the system of management in Tibetan state assets, and put forward to the writer's opinions on the meanings and ways to deepen the structural reform of state assets.
