摘要
以信息技术为先导的信息经济是 2 1世纪的时代特征 ,知识创新、技术创新是 2 1世纪社会发展的主要动力 ,具有创新能力的高素质人才是 2 1世纪最宝贵的财富 ,研究生教育肩负着培养这种人才的重任 ,通过对 2 1世纪研究生教育发展趋势的展望 ,提出适应未来时代需要的研究生教育的若干对策。
Information economy with information technology as the leading role is the era characteristic of the 21st century. Knowledge innovation and technology innovation are the main motive force of the development of society in the 21st century. High quality talents with creativeness are the most valuable wealth of the society. The postgraduate education shoulders an important task to foster such talents. Through looking forward to the development trends of postgraduate education of the new century, some strategies adapted to the needs of the future are presented.
