摘要
提出了并流下行循环流化床反应器气 -固传热模型 ,并采用稳态传热的实验方法 ,测定了并流下行循环流化床反应器中 ,不同操作条件下 ,轴向颗粒温度分布及气、固相进、出反应器的温度 ,进而利用Matlab工程数据处理软件回归求得模型参数即气 -固轴向截面传热系数及表观传热系数的值 ,并由实验结果回归得到模型参数与操作条件的经验关联式 .
The mathematical model for the gas-solid heat transfer in cocurrent downflow circulating fluidized bed(CDCFB)reactor was proposed in this paper. Experiments of stable heat transfer were conducted for measuring axial particle temperature distribution in CDCFB reactor. The particle transfer coefficient of gas-solid at axial section and apparent heat transfer coefficient of gas-solid, as model parameter, were obtained from experimental data by using the Matlab software for nonlinear regression.
