摘要
位错理论已用于新型材料的研究,近年来开始用于金属加工包括铸锻加工和切削加工机理的研究.本文用位错理论来阐明材料在切削过程中的塑性变形、硬化和断裂的机理,以期在原子级的水平上揭示金属切削过程的物理本质,建立更准确更符合实际情况的切削过程的物理模型;优化切削过程以及提高加工效率和加工质量.本文还用位错理论指出研制新型刀具材料的途径.
Dislocation theory was used in the research of new materials in the past.In the recent years,it has been used in the research of metal machining,including casting,forging and cutting machining process.In this paper,dislication theory was used to clarify the mechanism of the plastic warping hardening and breaking in order to reveal the physical nature of the metal cutting process at the atomic level,to set up a more accurate physical model of cutting process,which tallies better with the actual sit- uation,to optimize the cutting process and to improve the efficiency and quality of machining.In this paper,the authors also propose the ways of developing new materials for cutting tools.
