摘要
对 AS13 98酶在不同 p H值的酸性缓冲溶液中的活力抑制进行了试验 ,以此为基础 ,研究了猪皮块中残存的 AS13 98酶在加 Na Cl与不加 Na Cl的酸性缓冲溶液的活力变化 。
The activity inhibition of AS1398 protease was experimented in the acid buffering solution of different pH values. Then the activity variation of AS1398 protease remained in pig skin was studied in the acid buffering solution of different pH values, including NaCl and not including NaCl. A procedure fully inhibiting the enzyme activity remained in pig skin was found by disposal in the acid buffering solution twice.
