摘要
介绍了富钛料、钛渣、高钛渣、人造金红石、金红石的基本概念和富钛料的主要用途。简述了工业上制备富钛料常用的几种方法--电炉熔炼法生产钛渣、盐酸浸出法、硫酸浸出法、还原锈蚀法生产人造金红石的原理、国内外生产状况。根据制备富钛料的不同方法,分析总结了国内在富钛料生产技术、装备水平、生产规模、产品质量等方面与国外的差距,并据此提出了加快我国富钛料发展的建议。
The conception of titanium concentrates, titaniferous sing, high titaniferous slag, synthetic rutile and natural futile are introduced in this paper. The main use of titanium concentrates is also introduced. The principle and producing situation of three production methods of titanium concentrates- - Reduction smelting produces titanifetous slag, Acid leaching and Reductive leaching produce synthetic rutile are depicted; According to different production methods of titanium concentrates, the differences are summarized in producing technology, producing scale, efficiency of equipments and products quality between our county and foreign countries, the suggestions for development of our country titanium concen. trates are proposed.
