摘要
研究了 Si2 ON2 / L AS纳米复合材料的制备和性能。结果表明 ,纳米β- Si3N4可在较低温度下与玻璃热压烧结制备出 Si2 ON2 / L AS纳米复合材料。材料的力学性能与生成的纳米 Si2 ON2 含量有关。Si2 ON2 的含量在 2 0 %时材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性达最高值 ,分别比未加 Si2 ON2 的材料提高 31%和 88%。纳米 Si2 ON2 的含量超过 2 0 %时 ,材料的力学性能急剧下降 。
