摘要
在刚玉粉料中添加纳米二氧化硅,利用原位合成方法制备了氧化铝基复合陶瓷型芯,讨论了纳米二氧化硅含量以及烧结制度对氧化铝基复合陶瓷型芯烧结温度、室温强度、高温蠕变等性能的影响.结果表明:S iO2纳米粉的加入,使陶芯材料致密度增加,从而使陶芯烧结温度降低,陶芯室温强度大幅度提高;随着S iO2含量加大,线收缩率和相对密度增加,高温蠕变变小.
Ceramic cores for use in the investment casting of metals sintered at 1300,1400,and 1500 ℃ for 5 h were prepared and the phases were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The properties of these materials and effect of nano-silica percentages on the properties of ceramic core were discussed.The results indicated that the presence of nano-silica has effects on the microstructure of the core,densification,creep deformation,and linear expansibility of aluminum ceramic core.The creep deformation decreased with increase of the nano-silica contents and sintering temperature.
