摘要
匙吻鲟仔鱼(全长0.78~5.70cm)、稚鱼(全长5.71~16、40cm)生长阶段全长(L,cm)与日龄(T,d)具显著的线性关系,日均增长稚鱼(均值0.243cm/d)略大于仔鱼(均值0.205cm/d),回归方程为仔鱼L=0143+0.211T(n=6,3≤T≤25,r=0.998P<001)、稚鱼L=-0.754+0.245T(n=6,26≤T≤73,r=3.999。P<0.01),二回归方程差异显著(t=2.31P<0.05);体重(w,g)与日龄(T,d)保持幂函数关系,日均增长(g/d)稚鱼(均值0.215)明显大于仔鱼(均值0.037),回归方程为仔鱼w=0.052×10(-3)×T(2.1154)(n=6,3≤T≤25r=0998,P<001),稚鱼w=2.036×10(-4)×T(2.5280)(n=6,26≤T≤73,r=0.999,P<001),二方程差异显著(t=316P<0.05)。仔、稚鱼期全长(L、,cm)与体重(w,g)回归方程为仔鱼w=0.0128L(2.575)(n=6,r=0.995,<0.01),稚鱼w=0.0142L(2.412)(n=6,r-0997,P<0.01),二方程差异显著(t=2.38,P<0.05)。重庆地区夏季水温(26~30℃)显著高于适温(20-22℃)条件下匙吻鲟仔、稚鱼生长速度仍能接近原产地,表明匙吻更具较强的适温能力。

Two equations have notable difference. Regressive equation between totallengTh and body weight in larva is W = 0. 128 L(2.575)(n = 6, r = 0. 995, p<0. 01 ) and that in juverile is W = 1. 052×10(-3)×T(2.1154)(n = 6,, r = 0. 997, p< 0. 01), they have notable difference (f =2. 33, p< 0. 05). Water temperature in Summer in Chongqing(26 -30℃ ) is marked higher thanSuitable temperature of American paddlefish. but growth of the fish still access to that in nativeplace. It presents that American can be cultured in chongqing.
