The immunohistochemistry ,histomophometrlg and colloidal gold lableld immunoelectron microscope techniques were used to examine the expression of apoptosis associated genes-bcl 2,bax and ultrastructural location of glutathion s transferase pi.in 23 specimens of non small cell lung cancer. Conclusion:The expression of bcl 2 and glutathion s transferase pi in non small cell lung cancer indicated negative corelation.but there was no relation between the expression of bax and glutathion s transferase pi.
