摘要
癌症的分子分期(molecularstaging)是指应用各种先进的分子生物学诊断技术检查癌症患者的淋巴结、循环血液及骨髓等组织,从中发现常规影像学或病理组织学无法检测到的隐性微小转移灶,进而从基因或蛋白质水平诊断癌症的转移,根据微转移发生的部位,结合癌症的国际分期标准,最终达到更准确的TNM分期。本文介绍了癌症分子分期的概念,对国内外学者在非小细胞肺癌的分子分期的研究工作进行综述,并提出目前研究中运用的分子生物技术的优势与不足。
The molecular technique was used in the molecular staging of lung cancer to find the occult micrometastasis of the tumor, and to forecast the metastasis and recrudescence of the tumor. The method was used for checking genetic mutations or protein expressions in the lymph node, blood and bone marrow of patients with cancer. It also can detect the occult focus which will not be found by radiological and histopathological techniques. Molecular Staging of cancer may be a important part of TNM staging of tumor. The article dissertates the concept of molecular techniques and the result in molecular staging of NCLC. It indicates the predominance and deficiency of the molecular techniques in present study.
