摘要
目的 探讨表皮移植手术对白癜风的临床治疗效果。方法 对 48例白癜风患者采用自体表皮移植术进行治疗 ,其中局限型 38例 ,节段型 7例 ,泛发型 3例。共移植 72个白斑区 ,植入直径 0 .4～ 0 .9cm皮片82 8块。治疗后 2个月判定疗效。结果 皮片存活率 94.8% ,有效色素细胞成活率 89.6 %。其中治愈 32例 ,显效 11例 ,有效 4例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效 89.6 %。结论 自体表皮移植治疗白癜风疗效肯定 ,无风险 。
Objective TO observe the curative effect of forty eight vitiligo patients with autologous epidermal grafting. Methods In these patients who had by epidermal grafting,38 were localized,7 segmental and 3 general lesions,and 828 skin grafts ,sized 0.4～0.9 cm were transplanted to 72 vitiligo areas.Results The livability of all skin grafts amounted to 94.8%,the revivalility of effective chromatophore was 89.6% and 32 cases were cured completely,11 cases with obvious curative effect,4 with curative effect,only one without effect and total effective rate was 89.6 %.Conclusion Autologous epidermal grafting on vitiligo is a treatment of choice without nisk factor
