摘要
为了探讨表皮移植术对白癜风的疗效，观察了３５例白癜风病人采用自体表皮移植术，其中局限型２９例、节段型５例、泛发型１例，共移植５６个白斑区，植入直径０５～０８ｃｍ皮片１１２０处，皮片存活率９５０９％，有效色素细胞再生率９０００％，其中治愈２４例，显效８例，有效２例，无效１例，总有效率９１４３％，所有患者观察随访半年以上，移植后半月左右色素开始形成，１个月左右色素基本恢复正常，并逐渐向周围扩展，植皮区、供皮区均无瘢痕形成。
Thirty five vitiligo patients with autologous epidermal grafting have been observed, of whom 29 are localized, 5 segmental and 1 general, and 1120 skin grafts, sizes 0 5～0 8cm were transplanted to 56 vitiligo areas, of which the livability amounted to 95 09%, the revivability of effective chromatophore to 90%and 24 patients were cured compledely, 8 with obvious curative effect, 2 with curative effect, only one with no effect and the total effective rate was 91 43% All of the patients were continued to be observed for more than half year About half month after the grafting, pigment began to take shape and one month latter, the pigment recovered to normal and began to expand to its surrounding areas and no scars formed in the epidermal grafting areas and skin offering areas
