摘要
目的 探讨 β 榄香烯对胃癌SGC 790 1细胞bcl 2基因表达及端粒酶活性的影响。 方法 应用 β 榄香烯处理人胃癌细胞系SGC 790 1后 ,采用RT PCR检测bcl 2基因mRNA的变化 ,采用流式细胞仪检测bcl 2蛋白表达 ,用PCR ELISA法检测端粒酶活性。结果 β 榄香烯可下调bcl 2基因表达及抑制端粒酶活性 ,并且呈药物浓度及作用时间依赖性。结论 β 榄香烯可抑制胃癌细胞端粒酶活性 ,可能与下调bcl
Objective To study the effects of β elemene on both telomerase activity and expression of bcl 2 gene. Methods After gastric cancer SGC 7901 cell were treated by β elemene, we studied the expression of mRNA of bcl 2 gene using RT PCR, and the expression of protein of bcl 2 using flow cytometry immunoflurescenec technique, and telomerase activity using telomerase PCR ELISA. Results β elemene could both reduce the expression of bcl 2 gene and press telomerase activity of gastric cancer SGC 7901 cell. Conclusion β elemene can repress telomerase activity of gastric cancer cell. The repression would be related to the down regulaling of expression of bcl 2 gene. (Shanghai Med J, 2001,24∶490 492)
