摘要
采用大鼠胃癌前病变模型，运用流式细胞仪测定了中药消痞灵冲剂对胃癌前病变ＤＮＡ含量和细胞动力学的影响。结果显示，中药消痞灵冲剂预防和治疗组的ＤＮＡ指数、Ｓ期和Ｇ２／Ｍ期细胞数、细胞增殖指数，与正常组相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而与病变组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果表明，中药消痞灵冲剂对大鼠胃癌前病变有明显的抑制作用。
Applying model of rat gastric precancerosis and flow cytometry to assay the influence of Xiaopiling Granule on DNA content and cyto-dynamics of gastric precancerosis. Results:In both prevention and treatment groups of Xiaopiling Granule, the DNA index, cell number and cell proliferation index at S and G2/M stages had no obvious difference from those in normal group (p>0.05), but had obvious difference from those in pathological group (p<0.05). The results shown that Xiaopiling Granule had a distinctive inhibition effect on rat gastric precancerosis.
