摘要
胃疡安胶囊治疗大鼠胃溃疡的实验研究结果表明 ,以胃疡安液给wistar大鼠灌胃 ,对急性胃溃疡 (幽门结扎法 )和慢性胃溃疡 (醋酸法 )均有较显著抑制作用。镇痛试验 (扭体法 )结果显示 ,胃疡安可抑制醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应 。
Objective:To study of weiyangan capsule in treatment of the experimental gastric ulcer and the abirritation.Method:The Wistar adult rats were feed by the solution of Weiyangan.Result:The result showed that weiyangan capsule had notably preventive effect on acute gastric ulcer induced by ligating pylorus and chronic gastric ulcer induced by acetum.Conclusion:The capsule had inhibiting effect on the wrest body reaction of mice model induced by acetum.The results prove that the capsule has better abirritation.
