摘要
胃宁胶囊对应激性溃疡、幽门结扎法溃疡、利血平胃溃疡模型均有明显的保护作用，能降低上述模型的溃疡指数。对乙醚法溃疡模型有促进溃疡愈合的作用；该药可抑制大鼠基础胃酸分泌，降低胃酸排出量；可拮抗乙酰胆碱、氯化钡或组织胺引起的家兔离休小肠或豚鼠回肠痉挛性收缩；能降低二甲苯所致的小鼠耳壳的肿胀度；对热板法和醋酸法引起的小鼠疼痛及醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性改变也有一定的抑制作用。
The effect and mechnaism of Weining Capsule (WNC) on experimental gastric ulcerwere studied. The results showed that WNC can markedly decrease the ulcer index of three kinds of gas-tric ulcer models(stress - induced ulcer, ligated pylorus - induced ulcer, reserpine - induced ulcer)and pro-mote the healing of acetic acid - induced ulcer in rats. It was also found that WNC can inhibit the outputof basic gastric acid, antagonize the spasmodic contraction of isolated rabbit intestine and guinea pig ileuininduced by acrylcholine, barium chloride and histamine, reduce the pain response of mice induced by heatand acetic acid,decrease the swelling of mice ear induced by imethybenzene and the capillary permeabilityof abdominal cavity of mice induced by acetic acid.
