摘要
目的 :选择超临界CO2 萃取独活中香豆素类成分的最佳萃取条件。方法 :通过三因素—三水平正交试验法 ,对萃取条件进行了优化选择。结果 :摸索出独活中香豆素的最佳萃取条件为 :压力 2 0MPa ,温度 40℃。结论 :超临界CO2
Objective:To optimize the condition of supercritical fluid extraction(SFE)for the extraction of coumarin in Angelica pubescens.f.biserrata.Methods:Three factor and three level orthogonal test was used to optimize the SFE conditions.Results:The best extraction conditions were established as followings:pressure,20 MPa;temperature,40℃.Conclusion:The SFE method demonstrated many advantages,such as in low temperature,no remains of organic solvents and short extraction time,etc.
