摘要
目的:研究肌醇硫酸酯铝对大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法:采用幽门结扎急性胃溃疡、乙酸烧灼慢性胃溃疡模型观察肌醇硫酸酯铝对胃溃疡大鼠黏膜的保护作用,测定胃溃疡指数和溃疡抑制百分率。同时幽门结扎形成急性胃溃疡后测定胃液量、胃蛋白酶活性、pH值、游离盐酸和总酸度。结果:在急性胃溃疡模型中,与空白组相比,肌醇硫酸酯铝可降低胃溃疡指数,提高溃疡抑制率(P<0.05),奥美拉唑及多司马酯组亦有同样作用;但在抗乙酸诱发的慢性溃疡实验中,肌醇硫酸酯铝可有效抑制胃溃疡的生成,降低胃溃疡指数,提高溃疡抑制率(P<0.05);而多司马酯组及奥美拉唑组无显著影响。与空白组相比,肌醇硫酸酯铝中、低剂量及多司马酯组对pH值和总酸度影响不明显;而肌醇硫酸酯铝高剂量组可以有效抑制胃酸产生,抑制胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)。结论:肌醇硫酸酯铝可抑制溃疡的发生,降低胃溃疡指数,并具有剂量依赖性。
Objective： To research the defense mechanism of the Inositol Ester, which can protect the rat gastric mucosal injury. Methods： Using the pyloric ligation to establish the acute gastric ulcer model, using the buring of the acetic acid to establish the chronic gastric ulcer model in order to observe the Inositol Ester＇s protection of the rat gastric mucosa ulcer, the gastric ulcer index and the ulcer inhibition rate were surveyed. The gastric juice, pepsin activity, pH value, free hydrochloric acid and total acidity after the acute gastric ulcer caused by the pyloric ligation were measured. Results： Compared with the blank group, Inositol Ester could reduce the gastric ulcer index, increased the ulcer inhibition rate （P0.05） among the acute gastric ulcer models, Omeprazole and Dosmalfate had the same efficacy. During the counteracting the chronic gastric ulcer caused by the acetic acid experiment, it was found that Inositol Ester could restrain the gastric ulcer effectively, reduced the gastric ulcer index, increased the ulcer inhibition rate （P0.05）, however, the Dosmalfate and the Omeprazole had no distinct effect. Compared with the blank group, among the Inositol Ester groups, low doses group and the Dosmalfate group had no distinct effect on the pH value and the total acidity. However, high doses of Inositol Ester group could restrain the acid stomach and retrain the pepsin activity （P0.05）. Conclusion： Inositol Ester can restrain the gastric ulcer, reduce the gastric ulcer index, and the effect depends on the dose.
