摘要
在完全流化状态下,采用膜式压力应变传感器、多通道数据采集仪测定了不同颗粒在不同床层位置上颗粒的碰撞压力时间序列,并采用PV4A型颗粒速度仪测量相应气速和空间位置上的空隙率。通过对颗粒碰撞压力时间序列的均值分析和功率谱分析,得出影响颗粒碰撞压力的因素和颗粒碰撞压力时间序列的频域特性。
For PVC,sands with different diameter, the series of the particle colliding force are measured at different positions and at different superficial velocity of gas in gas-solid fluidized beds in full fluidization by mult-channel data automatic acquistion and strain gauge. The voidage is measured by PV4A particle velocity analysis. To understand effects on the particle colliding force and frequency of particle colliding force series, the statistic method and power spectrum analysis are used.
