摘要
通过测试新型磷酸盐玻璃在酸性介质中质量损失随时间的变化情况 ,讨论并比较了玻璃在酸性介质中的化学侵蚀机理 .研究表明 :玻璃在酸性介质中经过一段线性溶解过程后 ,玻璃的溶解速率有所下降 ,这是由于玻璃表面生成明显覆盖层所致 .
A new phosphate glass for precision molding has been developed. The mass loss of the phosphate glass in acid media is measured and its corrosion mechanism in acid media is discussed. The results show that during the initial dissolution the dissolution rate of the glass versus time is linear. But when the ionic strength of the leaching solution increases, the dissolution rate decreases because of the presence of a hydrated layer, whose composition and structure are identical to those of glass.
