摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了两种AN的NBR改性HDPE的共混物 ,研究了其力学性能和相态结构。结果表明 :HDPE和不同AN的NBR共混 ,改性效果不同 :共混物中NBR的含量不同 ,改性效果不同。HDPE和NBR 18(NBR含量为15 % )共混改性效果最好 ,冲击强度提高 4.4倍 。
In this paper the mechanical properties and morphological structure of the HDPE blend modified by NBR were studied,in which the NBR had two different contents of AN.The results showed the modifying effects were different with the change of NBR content.The modifying effect was the most obvious when the HDPE was modified by using NBR-18,in which the NBR content was 15%,resulting in an increase of impact strength by 4.4, and the morphological structure being a silk-like parallel arrangment.
