摘要
用不同AN含量的两种NBR与HDPE共混,研究了共混物的结晶行为和相结构,并与HDPE/SBR共混物进行了比较,讨论了橡胶与HDPE的相容性及其与共混物的结构和性能的关系。结果表明,所有这些橡胶均有较好的改性效果。虽然AN含量高的NBR与HDPE相容性较差,但由于在熔融共混过程中NBR链被强制分散在HDPE相中,冷却时来不及在HDPE结晶前全部扩散出来。这样,部分链段仍被HDPE晶区夹持,从而使NBR起连接分子的作用,提高了HDPE的断裂伸长率和耐环境应力开裂等性能。
Two kinds of NBR with different AN content were blended with HDPE. Compatibility, crystallization behavior and phase morphology of the blends were studied by differential scanning calurimetry and phase contrast microscopy and compared with HDPE/SBR blends. Influences of compatibility between HDPE and rubbers on the structure and properties of their blends were also discussed. Results show that all of these rubbers present the function of tie molecules and improve the tensile properties and resistence to environment stress cracking (ESCR) fo HDPE. Although NBR with high AN content has poor compatibility with HDPE,its chains were compelled to disperse in HDPE phase during the period of melt blending. When temperature decreased,rubber chains were not able to seperate entirely from HDPE phase before HDPE crystallizing. Parts of NBR chains were clampped by crystalline lattices. So NBR with high AN content can also improve the properties of HDPE.
