摘要
通过分子结构设计 ,合成了一系列提高MBS粉末特性的包裹剂 ,研究了抗聚结新型MBS的制备工艺以及包裹剂化学结构对MBS粉末特性及PVC/MBS共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,加入包裹剂后 ,MBS粉末流动性及其堆积密度均有较大提高 。
A series of the encapsulator resins for poly (methyl methacrylate butadiene styrene)(MBS) were synthesized by molecular structure design.The effect of preparation technology of anticoagulative MBS and the chemical structure of encapsulator on the powder properties of MBS were stufide.The results showed that the addition of encapsulator improved apparently the sediment density of MBS and reduced the angle of repose of MBS greatly.The impact and yield strength of PVC/MBS blends obviously increased when the encapsulator was added.
