紫外光氧化交联对PVC/MBS共混物表面自由能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 PVC和PVC/MBS共混物在紫外线辐照下,表面能迅速提高,最高达到58×10-2N/m,表明PVC和PVC/MBS表面发生光交联和光氧化反应。加入MBS可抑制PVC光交联,但加速PVC光氧化和光降解。PVC/MBS共混物在紫外光照下,由于PVC光氧化生成羰基其表面能迅速提高,长时间光照,表面能降低。 In UVirradiation the surface energy of PVC and PVC/MBS raised rapidly,the maximum would be 5.810-2N/m,which showed photocrosslinking and photooxdation took place on the surface of PVC and PVC/MBS.The use of MBS could restrain the photocrosslinking of PVC,but accelerated and raised the photooxdation and photodegradation of PVC.In UVirradiation carboxides formed due to the photooxdation of PVC.In UVirradiation carboxides formed due to the photooxdation of PVC.but accelerate and raise the photooxdation and photodegradation of PVC.In UVirradiation carboxides formed due to the photooxdation of PVC made the surface energy raised rapidly,but after a long time of the irradiation the surface energy lowered,which was a result of the loss of polar groups and the decrease of the surface density of the blend cuased by the photodegradation.
