摘要
研究了铁离子杂质对过硫酸钠结晶过程的影响。铁离子杂质的存在使过硫酸钠溶液介稳区变宽 ,晶体生长速率减慢。并得到过硫酸钠溶液的介稳区宽度、晶体生长速率与铁离子浓度之间的定量关系为△θmax=- 0 0 8c2 +0 0 7c +5 6 1,G =0 .6 2 1c2 - 5 5 73c +2 0 2 2 1。
The effect of impurity Fe3+ on the crystallization of sodium persulfate was studied. The metastable zone is widened, and the crystal growth rate is decreased in the presence of Fe3+ as an impurity. The mathematical relationship in the system of sodium persulfate between metastable zone width and concentration of Fe3+ and between crystal growth rate and concentration of Fe3+ are as follows. Δθmax = -0.08c2 + 0.07c + 5.61, G = 0.621c2 - 5.573 + 20.221.
