摘要
通过对安乃近结晶过程的研究,确定了安乃近最佳的结晶工艺:以95%的乙醇做溶剂,结晶温度10~15℃,结晶时间3h,结晶初期快速搅拌使晶体在母液中均匀悬浮,静置至结晶温度,养晶期缓慢搅拌,得到的安乃近产品粒度分布均匀,纯度高,一次结晶收率好。
The optimum conditions for crystallizing analgin were determined by studying the crystallizing process for analgin as follows: using 95% alcohol solution as solvent, crystallizing temperature 10 - 15 ℃, crystallizing time 3 hours with crystal uniformly suspending in the mother liquor by rapidly stirring at the initial stage, then statically placing to crystallizing temperature, slowly stirring while keeping the crystal. The analgin product obtained had uniform distribution of particle size, high purity, and product yield.
