摘要
用普通陶瓷工艺制备了固体氧化物燃料电池 (SOFCs)阳极用Ni/ZrO2 金属陶瓷 ,用SEM、XRD等手段研究了Ni/ZrO2 金属陶瓷的显微结构 ,并测试了Ni/ZrO2 材料的热膨胀和电导率 ,综合以上三项对Ni/ZrO2金属陶瓷用作固体氧化物燃料电池的阳极材料性能进行评价 ,筛选了配方 。
Ni/ZrO\-2 cermets,the anode material used in solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs) was made with common ceramic process.The properties of the cermet based on microstructure,thermal expansion and electric resistance were evaluated.The optimal composition was given,and the process was discussed.
