Study on Catalytic Partial Oxidation of Methane to Syngas

摘要 考察了镍基和钴基催化剂催化甲烷在自放热条件下部分氧化制合成气.结果表明,在较高的空速条件下,反应一旦引发即可停止供热,仅靠反应自身放出的热量就能维持反应的继续进行;Ni/La2O3催化剂中的镍负载量大于10%后,镍负载量对催化活性无明显的影响;CH4的转化率及H2和CO的选择性均随空速(84~180L·g-1·h-1)和反应温度的增加而提高;对Ni/ZrO2和Co/ZrO2催化剂,反应进行到6~12h时,CH4转化率最高;但对Ni/La2O3和Co/La2O3催化剂,随反应的进行,催化活性明显下降.反应过程中活性金属的流失,可能是造成催化活性随时间延长而下降的原因之一. The catalytic partial oxidation of methane to syngas at self exothermic condition has been studied over four catalysts: Ni/ZrO 2, Ni/La 2O 3, Co/ZrO 2 and Co/La 2O 3. It is observed that as soon as the reaction has been started, the heat generated by the strongly exothermic reaction is sufficient to sustain the reaction going on. When the Ni content is higher than 10%, it had little effect on the activity and selectivity. The methane conversion and the selectivity to CO and H 2 are always improved by the increase of the space velocity and the temperature, but decreased with the time on stream. The methane conversion reaches a maximum at a duration of 6~12 h over Ni/ZrO 2 and Co/ZrO 2. But the catalytic activity of Ni/La 2O 3 and Co/La 2O 3 catalysts are decreased remarkably with increasing the time on stream. The metal loss may cause a certain decrease of the activity and selectivity.
