摘要
目的观察血管活性肠肽 (vasoactiveintestinalpeptide ,VIP)对离体逼尿肌肌条自发性收缩频率及收缩幅度的作用。方法建立Wistar大鼠下尿路梗阻动物模型 ,6周后行充盈性膀胱测压 ,根据逼尿肌稳定与否将下尿路梗阻动物分为逼尿肌稳定组和逼尿肌不稳定组 ,用拉力传感器观察VIP对离体逼尿肌肌条的自发性收缩频率及收缩幅度的影响。结果大鼠下尿路梗阻 6周后膀胱逼尿肌不稳定发生率为 6 2 .1% ;VIP能明显抑制逼尿肌的自发性收缩 ,降低逼尿肌肌条自发性收缩频率及收缩幅度 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但梗阻后逼尿肌不稳定组、逼尿肌稳定组及对照组之间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论VIP能显著抑制正常和梗阻后逼尿肌自发性收缩 。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) on the frequency and the amplitude of the automatic contractibility on isolated detrusor urinae strip.MethodsOn the basis of making the obstructive model of low urinary tract (LUT) in Wistar rats,the full cystometry was detected after 6 weeks.These animals were divided into two groups as detrusor stability (DS) and non DS,and the effects of VIP on the frequency and the amplitade of the automatic contractibility on isolated detrusor urinae strip were observed.ResultsThe occurrence rate of non DS after 6 weeks is 62.1 % .VIP can inhibit the contract of detrusor urinae significantly, and decrease the frequency and the amplitade of the automatic contractibility(P< 0.05 ),with no difference among the DS,non DS and control group(P> 0.05 ).ConclusionVIP can inhibit the contract of normal and post obstructive detrusor urinae significantly, but their action on the non DS still needs more studies.
