摘要
研究了高铁酸钾对偶氮蓝、铬黑 T、偶氮胂 III、酸性铬蓝 K和甲基橙 5种偶氮染料及一种醌类染料茜素红的脱色作用 .结果表明 :除偶氮蓝、酸性铬蓝 K外 ,其它 4种染液均可在 30分钟内达到 95 %以上的脱色率 .p H≤ 2时 ,茜素红染液的脱色率可达 95 %以上 ;p H≤ 6时 ,偶氮胂 III染液的脱色率可达 95 %以上 ;p H≤ 7时 ,其它 4种染液的脱色率均可达 95 %以上 .另外 ,染液浓度不同 ,脱色时所需高铁酸钾的量也不同 ,但高铁酸钾的用量并不随染液浓度成正比例增加 .因此 ,处理高浓度的染液成本不会成倍增加 .
The decolorization of five kinds of azo dyes-azo blue, eriochrome black T, arsenazo III, acid chrome blue K and methyl orange,and one kind of quinoid dye-alizarine red with potassium ferrate are studied. The results show that the decolorizing efficiencies of four dyes are above 95% in 30 min except for azo blue and acid chrome blue K, and that the decolorizing efficiencies are above 95% at pH≤2 for alizarine red and pH≤6 for arsenazo III and pH≤7 for the other four species. In addition, the consumption of potassium ferrate varied with different concentration of dye, but doesn′t increase proportionately as the concentrations of dye increase. So the cost isn′t redoubled on treating with high concentrated dye solution.
