摘要
采用自制阴离子交换纤维(3-脲基-2-羟基丙基纤维素),对直接耐晒黑染料的静态、动态吸附和解吸性能进行了研究。结果表明:此阴离子交换纤维对直接耐晒黑的吸附曲线符合Langmuir等温方程,吸附反应以液膜扩散为主,反应动力学符合Dunwald-Wagnent液膜扩散公式。随着流速的增加,穿透时间缩短,处理水量减少。用5%的NaOH解吸,解吸率大,解吸速度快。
The static, dynamic adsorption and desorption activities of direct fast black on an anion exchanger fiber 3 - Ureido - 2 - Hydroxypropyl cellulose were studied. It shows that the adsorption behavior for direct fast black accords with the Langmuir isotherm equation, Adsorption kinetics is mainly affected by liquid surface expansion and accords with Dunwald -Wagnent expansion formula of the liquid surface. Time shortened and adsorption capacity decreased with increase of flow velocity. Both desorption rate and velocity are high when it is desorbed with 5 % NaOH.
