摘要
根据目前传统工艺设计对现代先进制造业制约的现状 ,提出了发展计算机辅助工艺设计技术的现实意义 ,论述了计算机辅助工艺设计的基本原理和各种CAPP系统的技术特征 ,分析了当前CAPP软件的应用和开发现状 ,指出了现代CAPP软件应具备的技术特点 ,介绍了几种典型CAPP系统思路和方法。
The traditional Manual Process Planning has a great restriction to the development of advanced manufacturing industry. The benefits of CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) in modern manufacturing industry are discussed. Five kinds of developed CAPP systems (the Man Machine Interface CAPP System, the Variant CAPP System, the Generative CAPP System, the Hybrid CAPP System and the CAPP Expert System) and their methods of design, characteristics are introduced. Their advantages and disadvantages are also discussed. Some CAPPs and their realization methods are pointed out.
