摘要
文章针对开放教育，阐释了为就业做准备的"专业"构建思维和以教学内容、课程体系为重点的教学改革思路；分析了在我国社会转型的新时期，市场经济多元性影响人的个性发展，决定着人才培养模式的多样化；提出了采取虚拟专业下的课程开放策略，更适应于参差不齐的学生来源，缓解学生学习心理负担，以及继续教育课程培训与学历专业教育的自然沟通。
This article discusses the major building up of employment and the reform of teaching contents and teaching system． It analyzes the diversity of people training in the present time． It puts forward the course open policy and strategy under the virtual major． This will be more proper for students of different levels and ease the pressure on students, and the natural channel of adult education course training and education level major education．
