小切口白内障囊外摘出与超声乳化效果比较 被引量:43

摘要 目的 比较小切口非乳化囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术与超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术两种手术方法的临床效果。方法 分别对 60例小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出术及 60例超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术的术后视力 ,术中、术后并发症进行比较。结果 小切口非乳化组术后 7天裸眼视力≥ 1 0者 8例 ( 13 33% ) ,0 5~ 0 9者 39例 ( 65 % ) ,≤ 0 4者13例 ( 2 1 67% )。超声乳化组≥ 1 0者 5例 ( 8 33% ) ,0 5~ 0 9者5 0例 ( 83 34 % ) ,≤ 0 4者 5例 ( 8 33% )。角膜内皮浑浊 :小切口组 11例 ( 18 33% ) ,超声乳化组 8例 ( 13 33% )。结论 小切口非乳化白内障摘出术及超声乳化术疗效相似 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,前者简便、易行、经济 ,适宜于基层医院开展。 Objective The comparison of clinic result is made between two kinds of intraocular lens implantation--extracapsular cataract extraction and ultrasonic emulsification.Methods 120 cases of cataract are divided into two groups,60 cases each.One group undergoes extracapsular extraction,with small incision and no suture,and another group does ultrasonic emulsification.A comparasion is carried out between the two groups of the vision after operation,and complications occurring in and after operation.Results In non emulsification group,seven days after operation,8 cases (13.33%) are more than or equal to 1.0 in vision,39 cases (65%) with 0.5~0 9 and 13 cases (21.67%) less than or equal to 0.4 in vision.In ultrasonic emulsification group,5 cases (8.33%) are more than or equal to 1.0,50 cases (83.34%) with 0.5~0.9 and 5 cases (8.33%) less than or equal to 0.4 in vision.Corneal opacity:There are 11 cases (18.33%) in non emusilfication group and 8 cases (13.33%) in ultrasonic emulsification group.Conclusions The curative effect between the two kinds of operation mentioned above is almost the same and has no markable difference (P>0 05).The former is simple and convenient in operation and economical which is suitable for the basic hospitals.
