摘要
目的 观察大鼠腰神经根损伤后乙酰胆碱斑的变化。方法 采用α bungarotoxin(α BTX)荧光结合剂染色和激光共聚焦扫描图片分析技术 ,观察了大鼠L5神经根挤压后 ,比目鱼肌神经肌肉接头的变性及再生修复过程。结果 神经根受压后 2 0天 ,乙酰胆碱斑明显地发生卷缩 ,密度降低 ,结构紊乱 ,甚至崩解成碎片 ,6 0天后 ,乙酰胆碱斑的大小及形态逐又恢复正常 ,但仍留有一些异常的小球状或梭状的乙酰胆碱分支。结论 乙酰胆碱受体的形态功能与神经支配状况有密切的关系。
Objective To observation the changes of neuromuscular junction of the rat after lumbar nerve root injury. Methods Using fluorescein conjugated α ungarotoxin. (α BTX) and confocal laser scanning technique, we observed the processes of degenerating and regenerating neuromuscular junctions in the soleus muscle of the rat after L 5 nerve root compressed. Results Acetylchline receptor (AChR) was plaques apparent shrinkage,disorgainize and fragmentation 20 d after L 5 nerve root compressed. By 60 d post compress of the L 5 nerve root, AChR plaques display transition to normality in size and shape with a few small round or spindle shaped cupules. Conclusion This suggest that the morphology of AchR depend on innervation state.
