摘要
对我国六个主要单位饲养的 KM小鼠的体重及 1 0种脏器重量进行测定 ,并计算其脏器重量系数。结果显示 ,六个 KM小鼠群体间体重及 1 0种脏器重量均有差异 ( P<0 .0 5) ,在屏障环境下饲养的 KM小鼠群体的体生长及大部分脏器发育比较快 ;而脾脏和肾上腺发育显得较为缓慢 ,与其它 5个群体相比存在极显著性差异。作者认为 ,加速我国KM小鼠的标准化研究迫在眉睫。
s:The body and organs weight of KM mice from 6 colonies in China were measured and the coefficicent of the organ weight were calculated. The results showed that the difference among 6 colonies of KM mice was found through ANOVA analysis ( P <0.05), and the growth of body and the development of most organs of the mice bred in barrier system increased relatively fast, but the development of spleen and adrenal was relatively slow. The authors suggested that an accelerated research on the standardization of Chinese KM mice would be critically faced.
