摘要
针对某厂再生塔顶冷却器管板和管束易发生应力腐蚀开裂和局部腐蚀泄漏的问题 ,分析了设备的环境工况 ,运用物理测试技术 ,对腐蚀原因作了分析 。
Through the investigation and SEM,X-ray diffraction analysis of the stress corrosion cracking and localized corrosion of E3203 cooler for regenerated tower.The corrosion causes and mechanisms were analyzed and effective protection measures were presented.
