摘要
针对石油化工厂可燃性气体排放管网在降雨后产生的温度及压力骤降现象,分析了极端情况下管网压力可能达到的最低值,以确定管网是否会出现负压。基于FLUENT数值模拟,分别研究了极端工况下无补气过程中,管径、温度、压力之间的变化规律,为确保火炬管网的安全设计提供了理论指导。
The temperature and pressure in flare gas discharge pipeline drop abruptly after the rain.In view of this phenomenon,this paper analyzes the minimum pressure in the pipeline in extreme cases to see if there will be negative pressure in the pipeline.Based on FLUENT numerical simulation,no gas admission process is studied.Changes in pipeline diameter,temperature and pressure in extreme cases are studied,providing theoretical direction for the safe design of flare gas pipelines.
