摘要
采用DPPH法对太白山区常见 2 3种中草药乙醇提取液进行了抗氧活性研究。结果表明 :赤芍和贯叶连翘的抗氧活性最强 ,银杏叶、葛根、窝儿七、越橘果、红窝儿七、独叶草的抗氧活性较强。在浓度为 4mg(干重 ) /ml时 ,上述中草药对DPPH自由基抑制率达 80 %以上 ,其中窝儿七、赤芍、贯叶连翘、越橘果的提取液稀释 5倍后仍表现出较强的抗氧活性 ,而赤芍和贯叶连翘的浸提液稀释 10倍后 (0 .4mg(干重 ) /mL) ,抑制率仍分别高达 6 7 5 %和 77 1%
The antioxidative effect of 23 kinds of Chinese traditional and herbal drugs in Taibai mountain were studied by DPPH·(1,1 diphenyl 2 picrylhydrazyl free radical).It has shown that the antioxidative effect of Paeonia veitchii and Hypericum perforatum were the strongest,followed by Ginkgo biloba,Pueraria lobata,Diphylleia sinensis,Vaccinium vitis idaea and Asarum sieboldii.When the concentration of above mentioned Chinese traditional and herbal drugs were 4 mg(dry weight)/ml,their inhibition rate to DPPH·more than 80%.Among them,the solution of Diphlleia sinensis,Paeonia veitchii,Hyperium perforatum and Vaccinium vitis idaea L.shown stronger antioxidative effect after diluting 5 times.At the same time,when the concentration of Paeonia veitchii and Hypericum perforatum were diluted 10 times,their inhibition rate were 67.5% and 77.1%,respectively.
